Matching Grants Project with Rotary Club of Kupang, West Timor
Since Keith Gray's visit to West Timor in May, the President of Nusatenggara Association Colin Barlow has had several meetings with President Guido Fulbertus and other Members of Kupang Rotary. We have sent $34,000 to our project bank a/c in Kupang, leaving a small balance of $900 in the Canberra project a/c. Two of the 23 concrete water tanks have been completed on Semau Island and plans are well in hand for completion of the balance of the activities by November when Keith plans to visit again, President Guido agrees to our two Clubs applying to TRF for a second Matching Grant for 2007 of about the same size as for 2006.
